My grandmother's cheesecake

This is the best cheesecake you've ever tasted. It's tart and creamy and not gummy or dry like a lot of the cheesecake you've tasted elsewhere.

1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
     
1/4 cup  finely chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp  cinnamon
1/4 cup  melted butter
  
Mix the above and press on bottom and sides of a springform pan.
         
FILLING

3   well-beaten eggs
2   8oz. packages cream cheese
1   cup  sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2   tsp vanilla extrct
1/2 tsp almond extract
3   cups sour cream
         
Beat all filling until smooth. Blend in 3 cups sour cream.
Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees about 45 min. or just
until set.
         
Cool, chill well 4 to 5 hours.
